BMPS 2025 Winner’s Slot Confirmed For EWC 2025

The Esports World Cup Foundation confirmed that the winner of BMPS 2025 will play with the global teams in the Esports World Cup 2025, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A report by India Today Gaming suggests that the EWCF is planning to invest in the Indian gaming scene, and the foundation for it has already been laid. This news is entirely in alignment with what we had earlier reported about the BMPS 2025 winner getting a spot in the PMWC. 

With that, EWC 2025 will feature S8UL as a part of the Club Partner programme, and the winner of BMPS 2025 will get a slot in EWC, making it a big feat for Indian esports. Additionally, reports suggest that EWCF is partnering with a broadcaster to bring esports to every household.

Reports Suggest EWCF To Announce Partnership With An Indian Broadcaster

The report quoted Mike McCabe, Chief Operating Officer of the Esports World Cup Foundation, who said,

India is central to that vision. With hundreds of millions of mobile-first players, it’s home to an ecosystem evolving at an incredible pace—from championship Clubs like S8UL to leading digital platforms that are transforming how fans experience esports. Through expanded partnerships and competitive pathways, we’re shaping the future of Indian esports.

He also believes that this investment in India is in alignment with their goal of investing in ecosystems that are looking to drive the future of esports. 

Besides this, the report also suggests that EWCF will be announcing a partnership with a broadcaster, which will make the availability of content easier for the audience and will help esports reach every household. 

BMPS 2025 Grand Finals to Begin on July 4

BMPS 2025 will begin on July 4, and the winner will be declared after the last match is played on July 6. The winner will grab the lion's share of the doubled ₹4 crore prize pool and represent India at EWC 2025. A total of 16 teams will take part in the competition and play 18 matches. The finals will be a LAN event at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, but if you're not from Delhi, then you can catch the action online.
