VCT Masters London 2026 Day 10: LEVIATÁN and Team Vitality Cruise Into the Top Four

The race for the VCT Masters London 2026 trophy narrowed to four teams on Day 10 as LEVIATÁN and Team Vitality delivered two dominant victories in the lower bracket. Xi Lai Gaming and FUT Esports saw their tournament journeys come to an end, while the remaining contenders secured their places in the final weekend of competition.

Both elimination matches were expected to be tightly contested, but neither series lived up to that expectation. LEVIATÁN dismantled Xi Lai Gaming in a one-sided affair, while Vitality overwhelmed FUT Esports to become the final teams advancing into the Top 4.

LEVIATÁN 2-0 Xi Lai Gaming

After surviving a difficult opening round of the Playoffs, LEVIATÁN returned to the stage looking far more composed. Against China's last remaining representative, the Americas squad controlled the pace from start to finish and never allowed Xi Lai Gaming to find their footing.

Map 1 – Haven (LEV 13-7 XLG)

Xi Lai Gaming opened the map with another pistol-round victory, continuing a trend that has followed them throughout Masters London. However, the early advantage quickly disappeared as LEVIATÁN found success with an aggressive defensive setup built around Phoenix and Neon.

While XLG occasionally found openings through structured site executions, LEVIATÁN consistently answered with decisive retakes and superior mid-round decision-making. By halftime, the Americas representatives had established an 8-4 lead.

The second half briefly showed signs of life for XLG after securing the pistol round, but LEVIATÁN immediately regained control. Sato delivered several momentum-shifting plays, including a spectacular ace that pushed his team to map point. From there, LEVIATÁN closed the map comfortably, securing a 13-7 victory and taking the series lead.

Map 2 – Lotus (LEV 13-3 XLG)

Looking to force a decider on one of their stronger maps, Xi Lai Gaming entered Lotus with confidence. Instead, they ran into a LEVIATÁN squad operating at peak form.

Winning both the pistol and bonus rounds, LEVIATÁN rapidly built momentum and never slowed down. Their defensive setups consistently shut down XLG's attacks, and every attempt to gain map control was met with immediate punishment.

Xi Lai Gaming managed just one round in the first half, trailing 11-1 at the break. Any hopes of a comeback disappeared after LEVIATÁN secured the second pistol round and quickly marched toward match point.

Although XLG delayed the inevitable with a force-buy conversion, LEVIATÁN completed the sweep with a crushing 13-3 scoreline.

The victory sends LEVIATÁN deeper into the lower bracket, while Xi Lai Gaming conclude their strongest international run to date with a Top 6 finish at Masters London.

Team Vitality 2-0 FUT Esports

The second elimination match of the day featured two teams that had produced several close encounters throughout the season. With FUT Esports coming off a statement victory over G2 Esports, many expected another hard-fought battle.

Instead, Team Vitality delivered one of their most convincing performances of the tournament.

Map 1 – Lotus (VIT 13-7 FUT)

For much of the first half, FUT Esports managed to keep pace with Vitality. The teams traded rounds evenly, reaching a 5-5 deadlock and suggesting a competitive opener.

That balance disappeared after halftime.

Vitality's attacking side proved too much for FUT to handle as Derke and company repeatedly found openings across the map. Their coordinated executes and post-plant setups allowed them to string together round after round, eventually securing a comfortable 13-7 win.

Map 2 – Ascent (VIT 13-2 FUT)

Ascent followed a similar pattern, except FUT had even fewer answers.

Vitality controlled the map from the opening rounds, denying FUT opportunities to build any momentum on attack. Disciplined defensive setups and timely individual heroics met every attempted hit.

With FUT limited to only two rounds throughout the map, Vitality completed one of the most dominant series victories of the Playoffs and secured a decisive 13-2 finish.

The win was another showcase of Vitality's impressive depth. Derke continued his outstanding tournament form, while rookies PROFEK and Sayonara once again delivered impactful performances on the international stage.

For FUT Esports, the tournament ends with a Top 6 finish, matching the organization's best-ever Masters placement from Shanghai 2024. The Turkish squad also leave London with valuable Championship Points as they continue their push toward Champions qualification.
