Riot Games Unveils VALORANT Esports 2025 Post-Champions Schedule

Ascension, Game Changers, and VCT Partner Series headline the post-Champions calendar

With VALORANT Champions Paris 2025 closing out an unforgettable season, Riot Games has announced a comprehensive schedule of events to carry competitive VALORANT through the remainder of the year. From Ascension tournaments to the Game Changers Championship in Seoul, and a series of VCT Partner Series events, fans can look forward to consistent competition every weekend through December.
Ascension 2025: Challengers vs. Incumbents
The VCT Ascension 2025 tournaments will begin immediately after Champions, running from October 11–26. Each region’s top Challengers teams will face Ascended teams defending their place in the International Leagues.
VCT Ascension CN: October 11–19
VCT Ascension Pacific: October 14–26
VCT Ascension Americas: October 17–26
VCT Ascension EMEA: October 18–26
With promotion on the line, the competition will test whether the defending teams can retain their positions or if new challengers will rise to the international stage.

Game Changers Championship Heads to Seoul
For the first time, the Game Changers Championship will be held in Seoul, South Korea, at the iconic LoL Park. The event runs from November 20–30 and will feature the best women’s VALORANT teams from across the world.
This year introduces the Americas Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ), expanding opportunities for teams to qualify.

The VCT Partner Series returns with multiple high-profile tournaments featuring international matchups, experimental formats, and new roster debuts.
Spotlight Series Pacific x GES AsiaLocation: Gwangju Esports Arena | October 30 – November 2Four mixed-roster teams featuring Game Changers and professional players will compete in a four-day LAN event.
TEN 2025 VALORANT Global InvitationalLocation: Asan, Korea | November 8–9Featuring four of the world’s best teams, including representatives from Pacific, Americas/EMEA, and CN, this invitational offers high-level international competition.
Red Bull Home Ground World FinalLocation: New York City | November 14–16The fifth edition of Red Bull’s invitational returns to the Hammerstein Ballroom, hosting four days of elite global matchups.
Ludwig x Tarik InvitationalNovember 22–23The popular off-season event returns, combining top professionals and experimental formats for a competitive showcase.
SOOP VALORANT League Pacific (SVL)Location: APAC | December 2–7A premier event gathering top teams from SEA, China, and across the Pacific. With roster changes following the stove league, this will provide the first look at 2026 lineups.
Project Blender (EMEA)
Open Qualifier: October 11–12
Spotlight Event: November 3–4
Phase II: November 7–9, 14–16
Phase III: December 3–9
Phase IV: December 13–14Featuring up to 1,024 teams from every tier of competition, Project Blender introduces an open format across EMEA. It includes a dedicated mixed-gender Spotlight tournament with a €10,000 prize pool.
Americas Spotlight SeriesDecember 12–14Four mixed rosters will compete in a three-day LAN event with a $25,000 prize pool.
