Global Esports Part Ways with IGL kellyS According to sources, Global Esports has parted ways with in-game leader Kelly "kellyS" Sedillo. The Filipino IGL has been removed from the active lineup as the organization prepares to bring in a new player ahead of Stage 2 of the VCT Pacific season.

KellyS joined Global Esports earlier this year with the goal of stabilizing the team’s calling structure, but the roster struggled to find consistency during the Kickoff and Stage 1 events. Despite flashes of potential, Global Esports failed to make a significant impact, prompting internal changes to the lineup and leadership.
This marks the third major roster adjustment for Global Esports in recent weeks, following the addition of Joseph “ban” Seungmin Oh and the release of duelist Mark “patrickWHO” Musni. The identity of kellyS’s replacement has yet to be signed, but sources say the team is targeting a more experienced voice to lead the lineup.
With expectations mounting, Global Esports are looking to reset and find a winning formula before the start of Stage 2.
