Hong Kong-Welsh talent James “NoMan” Man has joined the Xi Lai Gaming Valorant roster. The move was announced on their official Weibo and Valorant Esports China platforms on Thursday. Despite being just 20 years old, NoMan brings valuable experience from his time with Rare Atom and ESC Gaming. His arrival comes at a crucial juncture as XLG looks to refine its core heading into VCT China Stage 2, which kicks off in early July.

Known for his explosive entry potential and adaptable playstyle, NoMan rose to prominence with Rare Atom during the 2024 Ascension China event, where he helped the team reach the grand finals. This move comes in the wake of XLG’s international debut at VCT Masters Toronto 2025, where the Chinese side placed 7th–8th. With the recent exit of Midi, the team is undergoing some restructuring, aiming to inject fresh energy into its lineup through NoMan's firepower.

With NoMan now on board, Xi Lai Gaming's roster is as follows:

  • James “NoMan” Man (new)

  • Arthur "Rarga" Churyumov
