Mineski Events Team and Vizta Games have officially announced the Moba Legends: 5v5! Master Series (MLMS), India’s first official publisher-backed national tournament for Moba Legends: 5v5!.

The competition will bring together the country’s top Moba Legends: 5v5! teams through a structured pathway that includes open qualifiers, a league-stage competition, and a grand LAN finale. The announcement marks a significant milestone in the growth of the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) esports ecosystem in India.

The Moba Legends 5v5 Master Series champion will represent India at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026, placing Indian Moba Legends talent on the global stage for the first time through an official national qualification pathway.

With MLMS, India formally enters the global Mobile Legends esports ecosystem, opening opportunities for both grassroots teams and established rosters to compete in a nationally structured competition with international stakes.

Moba Legends 5v5 Master Series Format and Schedule

The Moba Legends 5v5 Master Series will feature a multi-stage competitive format.

Registrations will open from March 10 to March 19, with the first 256 teams securing a spot in the tournament.

These teams will begin their journey in the Open Qualifiers, which will take place from March 23 to March 30. The qualifiers will begin with a single-elimination bracket, eventually transitioning into best-of-three matchups as the field narrows.

The top two teams from the qualifiers will advance to the League Stage, scheduled from April 5 to April 26, where they will join six invited teams in a single round-robin format.

The top six teams from the league stage will then qualify for the MLMS Grand Finals, which will take place as a LAN event from May 9 to May 10.

At the LAN finals, India’s best teams will compete for a share of the ₹46,00,000 prize pool, as well as the opportunity to become the inaugural MLMS champion and represent India at the Esports World Cup 2026.

MLMS Aims to Strengthen India’s MOBA Esports Ecosystem

The Moba Legends 5v5 Master Series is designed to create a structured competitive pathway for Indian Moba Legends: 5v5! players.

Through this tournament, players will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at the national level and earn a chance to represent India internationally.

Speaking about the launch of the tournament, Tiger Xu, Global Head of Esports at Vizta Games, shared the following statement:

From open qualifiers to a LAN grand final, the format ensures that talent from across the country has a fair shot at reaching the top. Registrations for the Moba Legends 5v5 Master Series open today on March 10, with teams from across India invited to compete for national glory and the chance to represent the country at the Esports World Cup 2026.
