The top-tier professional Valorant circuit in the Americas closed its group stage after weeks of intense matchups, marking the end of the season for four organizations. The playoffs bracket is now set for VCT Americas 2025 Stage 2, with qualified teams preparing to fight for a spot at Valorant Champions Paris.

With the group stage concluding on August 17, the playoffs bracket was finalized, and for the first time in VCT Americas history, no Brazilian team advanced. FURIA, LOUD, MIBR, and 2GAME Esports have all been eliminated. While Erick "aspas" Santos’ squad still has a path to Champions through circuit points, the newcomer will be relegated to the second division.

G2 Esports, Leviatán, Cloud9, and 100 Thieves qualified for the opening round of the VCT Americas Stage 2 Playoffs. After leading the Alpha and Omega groups, Sentinels and NRG earned a bye and will skip the first round. Meanwhile, Evil Geniuses and KRÜ Visa will begin their run in the lower bracket, where any series loss means elimination.

The VCT Americas Stage 2 Playoffs will follow a double-elimination format with upper and lower brackets, meaning teams are eliminated after two series losses. All matches will be played as best-of-threes, except for the lower bracket final and the grand final, which will be best-of-fives, scheduled for August 30 and August 31, respectively.

The two finalists will qualify directly for VALORANT Champions Paris 2025. The remaining two representatives from the Americas will be decided through Champions Points, with MIBR still in contention but needing a specific set of results to secure a spot at the world championship.
