VALORANT Challengers 2025 Southeast Asia Split 3: Group Stage Recap, Standings, and Playoffs Bracket

The group stage of VALORANT Challengers 2025 Southeast Asia: Split 3 has concluded, and the playoff bracket is officially locked. The top six SEA VALORANT teams will compete against each other in Vietnam at the VPS Arena, Ho Chi Minh. With Motiv Esports and NAOS Esports qualifying for the Ascension Pacific 2025, all eyes will be on the opening games of the playoffs, which will decide the remaining SEA representatives.



Everything That Went Down In The VCT 2025: SEA Split 3 Group Stage

The top six SEA VALORANT teams will compete against each other in Vietnam at the VPS Arena, Ho Chi Minh

The competition featured 12 teams divided into two groups, battling in best-of-three matches. After five weeks of action, the final standings came down to round differential tiebreakers in both groups.


Group A: NAOS Esports topped the group with a 4-1 record, proving their status as regional frontrunners. Motiv Esports followed closely at 3-2, thanks to key late victories. Xipto Esports, Sharper Esport, Fancy United, and Team Secret Academy all ended at 2-3, with Sharper edging ahead on Head-to-Head Match Score.


Group B: Team NKT emerged as the clear favourite, topping the group at 4-1 with dominant performances. Oasis Gaming made a late surge to secure second place at 3-2, closely trailed by FULL SENSE, who also finished 3-2 but held a substantial +31 differential. Talon Academy and RRQ Academy followed at 2-3, while Z11 closed out the table at 1-4.


SEA Circuit Points Standings And Playoffs

With Split 3 group stage points added, the overall Southeast Asia leaderboard has shifted significantly. The top 6 teams currently leading the race are Motiv Esports (205 points), NAOS Esports (185 points), FULL SENSE (160 points), Sharper Esports, Team NKT (70 points), and Z11 (65 points). These squads now hold the inside track toward securing APAC Ascension qualification.


The Split 3 Playoffs will take place from August 25 to September 7, featuring six teams in a double-elimination bracket. The Knockout Round and Upper Bracket Semifinals will be played online, while the decisive matches will move offline. All matches are BO3, except for the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final, which will be BO5.


Knockout Round:

  • FULL SENSE vs Z11

  • Team NKT vs Sharper Esport

Upper Bracket Semifinals:

  • Winner of Knockout Round 1 vs Motiv Esports

  • Winner of Knockout Round 2 vs NAOS Esports

For the first time, Challengers SEA will host an offline event in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Matches from September 5-7 (will be hosted at the VPS Arena 204 Nơ Trang Long, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam), organised by ON Live Esports in collaboration with VTVcab.


Road to Ascension Pacific 2025

With Motiv Esports and NAOS Esports already locking in their spots for VCT Ascension Pacific 2025, the Split 3 Playoffs will decide the final two Southeast Asian representatives. Remarkably, all four contenders, FULL SENSE, Z11, Sharper Esport, and Team NKT, hail from Thailand, guaranteeing the country at least two more slots of home soil.
