The LCK Cup 2026 is nearing its conclusion, and BNK FearX have secured the final Korean ticket to First Stand 2026. The team swept DPlus KIA 3–0 on February 28, advancing to the grand final and locking in qualification for the season’s first international League of Legends event.

LCK Cup 2026 sees BNK FearX sweep DPlus KIA 3-0 to qualify for First Stand 2026 and set up a grand final showdown against Gen.G.

With only three teams remaining in contention entering the weekend, the semifinal clash determined both a finalist and Korea’s final representative at First Stand.

BNK FearX Dominate in LCK Cup 2026 Semifinal

BNK FearX entered the series following a loss to Gen.G in the upper bracket, while DPlus KIA carried momentum after eliminating T1 in a dramatic reverse sweep earlier in the playoffs.

However, the LCK Cup 2026 semifinal quickly turned one-sided.

Game 1

Both teams opened with balanced early skirmishes, trading kills as their junglers actively pressured lanes. BNK FearX gradually seized control by forcing fights around major objectives. Strong performances in mid and bottom lane translated into a gold lead exceeding 12,000, allowing the Foxes to secure the opener.

Game 2

DPlus KIA attempted to generate advantages for their solo laners, but BNK FearX prioritized neutral objectives and map rotations. The Foxes drafted a composition centered around mobility and crowd control, limiting DPlus KIA’s cross-map responses.

Heo “ShowMaker” Su found moments of impact on Yone, but Nam “Diable” Dae-geun’s Ashe proved decisive. Multiple Enchanted Crystal Arrows caught Siwoo out of position, and after securing Baron Nashor, BNK FearX closed out the second game to move to match point.

Game 3

BNK FearX maintained their momentum in the final map. Diable once again created early pressure, while Jeon “Raptor” Eo-jin repeatedly targeted the bottom lane to extend the gold advantage.

Although Smash remained competitive in farm and damage output, DPlus KIA were unable to recover. BNK FearX sealed the series in dominant fashion, completing the 3–0 sweep in approximately 30 minutes.

With the victory, BNK FearX officially qualify for First Stand 2026 — marking the organization’s first appearance at an international League of Legends event.

Despite securing their global berth, the Foxes still have unfinished business. They will face an unbeaten Gen.G in the LCK Cup 2026 grand final on March 1.
