Sixteen teams had qualified for Game Changers SEA Split 2 before being divided into four groups. Each game would be a best-of-three in a single round robin bracket. The top 2 from each group would move forward to the playoffs, while the rest were eliminated:

Group A

  • Falcons Vega

  • Kitty Nya Nya

  • ORION GC

  • MORI Dusk Hemera

Group B

  • Kimmy's Kitchen

  • sisu

  • Blue Eyes White Dragon Ego

  • 999

Group C

  • Mad Army

  • Salapao

  • LILAX

  • LOVE GC

Group D

  • HYPA HYPA Esports

  • Precision Power Quickness

  • SIRENSIX

  • YTJT

Group A saw Falcons Vega pull off the clean sweep, leaving Kitty Nya Nya in second. Kimmy's Kitchen went flawless in Group B, leaving Sisu in P2. Group C saw Mad Army keep a clean sheet, while Salapao grabbed second place. The final two teams to make it were HYPA HYPA Esports in first place and Precision Power Quickness in second place from Group D

With the top 8 decided, it was time to draw the fixtures for the playoffs. The double-elimination bracket ensured that teams had at least one more chance to make it to the end.

In the upper bracket, Falcons Vega didn't drop a single series, defeating Salapao (2-0), HYPA HYPA Esports (2-1), and Xipto GC (2-1), to punch their ticket to the best-of-five Grand Final.

Over in the lower bracket, Kimmy's Kitchen and Kitty Nya Nya were the first to fall. Salapao made an impressive run in the lower bracket after losing to Falcons Vega in round one, before falling to HYPA HYPA Esports in the lower bracket semifinal. Xipto GC then took out HYPA HYPA Esports in the lower bracket final to get their rematch against Falcons Vega in the Grand Final.

Unfortunately for Xipto GC, the script remained unchanged with Falcons Vega stomping them 3-1 in the Grand Final, securing the title and a slot at VCT Game Changers Pacific 2025.
